Update

I haven’t been keeping track of my weight each day, but I have done really good with my lowering food intake and eating good foods. I haven’t got the exercise consistent yet, but I’m running once or twice a week and lifting weights once…not good, but better than nothing. That is my real focus this week, to exercise every day.  My plan is to  take updated pics of my fat body every 2 weeks, so tune in next Monday to see how far I’ve come!

    I think you are brave to post this. I read your food plan. Isn’t it rather restricted? To me its no wonder you went completely off. I think you need more variety (but then again I’m fat too so what do I know?)

    SouthernFriedFatty posted her pic, so I was moved to do the same! It has helped a lot. You are right, the food plan isn’t totally realistic, it’s more of a guideline from which I’ve added some other meals as options. I am by nature very extreme, in the sense that its easier for me to go hardcore eating good or go off the wagon. I don’t do well trying to stay in between.

    I am trying to get myself in the mode where I eat when I am hungry, not when I have a craving. So what I’ve been doing this last week is when I feel hungry, I go take a big bite of cottage cheese or tuna. If it doesn’t taste good, it means the hunger is in my mind, if it does taste good, it means I need to refuel. Its actually been working! I will post new pics ASAP.
