Day 5- The Weight Loss Wall

Well, the ride is officially over. Here comes the hard part. For the first time on my diet I have weighed in heavier than the previous day, to me, this is where the diet truly starts. It’s always easy those first few days when the pounds are flying off, here is where it starts to take real dedication, as I don’t think I’ll lose more than 2 or 3 pounds a week at absolute most.

Stats- April 20th 231.00 lbs
