Day 3- Lose a little weight at time

I am shocked. I thought for sure I would end up weighing in more than yesterday, but I still dropped a half pound. I followed pretty much the same meal plan and cheated a little with a bit of my wifes Cafe-Rio salad (they are not good for you), and at night weighed in at 236. Before I went to bed I did a short Circuit training set with a 45 lb olympic bar (I’ll add the details of this workout later, its great, I did it in high school football a lot).

Stats: April 18th I weighed in at 233 lbs.
