I have the craziest body, I can gain and lose up to 10 pounds in a matter of days! I ate a ton on Sunday and then weighed in at 240.5 on Monday morning. I ate good all day yesterday (I did not starve myself, I ate the exact meal plan outlined in “My meal plans” section.) and ran about 2 miles last night, and this morning I weighed in at 233.5! As cool as that sounds, it is a little depressing because I am almost guaranteed to weigh more tomorrow, oh well.
Stats: April 17th I weighed in at 233.5 pounds.
